VICO formerly known as Asizame boasts of it’s wealth of expertise and experience dating back over 10 years with strategic alliances including Real Landscapes, Afrocon Construction, Moreland Properties now known as Hullet Developments.

Vico Landscapes has built a very strong relationship with most of the departments whose mandate is to empower, guide and groom small businesses to be effective and be managed and run efficiently.
KZN DED - This Department is the office of the MEC Dr. Zweli Mkhize, For the past two years Vico Landscapes (pty) ltd had won awards for being the best performer in the field of emerging companies throughout KZN. We were voted and awarded Best SMME 2006/2007; in 2007 we won Best Black Owned and Managed Business 2007/2008.

The Department funds exhibitions and fairs for smme, and this is one of the components where Vico has really capitalised in making the landscaping industry known and recognised by both Black and white commuters through Vico Landscapes (pty) ltd showcasing its products in these smme fairs and business expos.
CEDA - This Department specializes in funding SMME’s for preparing business marketing materials, business plans, marketing plans etc. The department has enable Vico to make the expansion project plan a success through funding the generation of the business plan for the expansion process.  
The dti – This department is one of the departments responsible for making exporting opportunities a reality for this company, also accessing opportunities abroad, in our respective fields. Business Support Unit - This department has made our trip to showcase our product in other countries abroad a reality, also to experience their culture of managing and handling businesses.
Idt – This Department is working together with us in enabling the Community developmental component in our project to be a success. SALI - We are a proud member of the South African Landscaping Institute, this body givens the quality produced by companies for customers in KZN. We are the first 100% black owned landscaping company in this institution.

Department of Pubic Works Eastern Cape Province – This department had helped the company grow in terms of turn over and confidence in 2008, through trust and good workmanship in terms of payments and handling of project issues in their Landscaping contracts aimed at improving the lives of the People of Eastern Cape through bettering their living environment, also improving and imparting skills, life skills to the people of the areas affected when the project is implemented.
Afrocon Construction – Afrocon has been one of the companies we can call catalysts in our growth through our 2006/2007 partnership in implementing the INK project in the Town Center Area in one of the second largest townships in the Southern Hemisphere. This project falls under one of Durban City Councils biggest Urban renewal projects in KZN.  
Hullet Development – Hullet used to be known as More land Developments, has opened doors for us in the private sector industry in terms of proving that we have what it takes to do what we say we can do, this was achieved through a rare opportunity that was given to us when we landscaped sales and development office for the Group, in another big project in an amongst township areas.
Metrorail – Metrorail is one of the companies that are particularly involved in ensuring sustainable growth for emerging contractors, they are very particular about empowerment of smme’s. We were involved in their maintenance contract for all the Durban region, South Coast and North Coast Stations in 2007/2008 – August 2007 to March 2008 Spoornet - We were involved in their maintenance contract for all South Coast Railway Coast Stations in 2005/2006 ELET – Constructed Nurseries for a food programme in township and rural schools all over KZN 2005/2006/2007
SANBI – Implemented an environmental education programme project, educating commuters on indigenous plants, medicinal, the extinct and the endangered etc. Also imparting Landscaping skills to the community.
