Vision and Mission for the Year

The company aims at Winning Umyezana Best Black Owned and Managed Business 2008/2009. We believe this will strengthen the relationship between the company and the Department. The crown will enable us to open doors in various departments being backed by our crown as Umyezana winners; more importantly we will continue inspiring other smme to work harder to achieve and work on bettering themselves in their field of expertise.

We strive to become a profitable organisation that will the most employing and skill transfer and community developing company by 2011 in the province of KZN, this will be achieved through the 3 year expansion plan we are embarked on.

Umyezana Award the “Event” can help change the way the black society views young black men and women who are in business or starting business, this award is a platform to recognise and send a massage to the community that “Black Business Men are also Business People who can perfume, only if we get the community support we deserve” I believe that these Awards require more exposure in terms of coverage, from media Television, radio and the renowned Business Magazines.

Conclusion

2009 is a year of many challenges. Economic challenges globally are a constant threat to our society; the small business sector is the answer to our economic growth and job creation in our communities.
