ASIZAME LANDSCAPES (PTY) LTD 2005

Overview

2005 was an interesting year, we had completed our first and major project at the end of 2004, we were enthusiastic and we felt nothing could come our way. Profits from Sibaya Casino saw us through the first quarter of year 2005. In March 2005 we secured a contract to the value of 1, 5 million that strengthened our Cash Flow Projections and Budgeted Financial Projections for another 18 months.

The contract was to run from 1st March 2005 to 30th September 2006. Asizame now known as Vico Landscapes (pty) ltd proved to be in a stable position to sustain its legal Managing director for the 18 months when the contract was running.

The company managed to employ its Managing Director full time; this was to ensure that the project was run successfully, this after he had resigned from formal employment in a corporate environment.

Successes

We secured our fist contract to the value of 1.5 million that was fully managed and administered by Asizame solely. To us this was an achievement as we were forces to start complying with GAAP policies and put financial and administrative systems in place, these systems are improving every year through new experiences.
