Overview

2004 was a year where it all began, Asizame Landscaping cc now knows as Vico Landscapes (pty) ltd. We were new in an industry that proved not to be conducive to previously disadvantaged entrepreneurs. Dedication driven by our passion for Landscaping; nothing could stop us from making it happen.

We were fortunate to be one of the few companies that utilized the BEE initiative to empower themselves by skills transfer and not financial transfer during Joint Venture initiatives through major contracts, where Government could intervene and request big corporate entities to join forces with smme to initiate skills transfer.

Sibaya Casino was one of the projects that gave us a kick-start that got us looking forward to get us where we are today.

Successes

2004 saw us earn ourselves a comfortable position in the circles of Landscaping and Horticulture in KZN, after the project every contractor was talking our performance at Sibaya Casino. Our Greatest success for 2004 was RECOGNITION and RESPECT in the industry.
